POSITION SUMMARY:
▪ Supports the Custodial Assistant Manager, Custodial Manager / Facility Director, (if applicable) in the completion of all
custodial and housekeeping operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Oversees custodial and housekeeping activities.
3. Reviews job orders and specifications to determine material and labor to complete the project.
4. Assists in coordinating the activities of employees in custodial and housekeeping to utilize staff, materials, and
equipment.
5. Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements in custodial and housekeeping
operations.
6. Ensures compliance with all OSHA regulations and other local, state, and federal government regulations.
7. Responds to the requests of the Custodial Manager, and Facility Manager (if applicable).
8. May assist in the training and development of employees.
9. Other duties as assigned

▪ May Supervise all other custodial and housekeeping employees

▪ Minimum 1-3 years experience in custodial supervision preferred.
▪ Minimum 1-5 years experience in custodial and housekeeping activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
